Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our record-to-report accounting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and managing ad-hoc projects initiated by Controllership leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics
  • Outstanding ability to forge strong partnerships across the organization to provide insights and guidance to cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CMA Qualified with 10 years of experience is required, with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles
  • Core R2R controllership experience for large organisations
  • Leading transitions and transformations, innovations
  • Digital finance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
