We are looking for an experienced telesales professional to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to follow sales scripts.

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase our products and services.
  • Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.
  • Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

In this role, you will continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets
  • To possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • To process customer purchases and generate leads for the outside sales team
  • To manage customer accounts and develop relationships to encourage repeat business
