Healthcare Tele Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales as per established protocols.
- Make outbound calls to patients to gather feedback on healthcare services.
- Inform patients about membership plans and explain their benefits.
- Generate high-quality leads based on sales protocols.
- Schedule appointments for senior executives to conduct further sales pitches.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions (calls made and received).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficient in using computers and maintaining accurate records.
- Exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints.
- Ability to adapt communication style based on the situation.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable with working night shifts.
