As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business growth and operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to gain valuable insights into business performance.
  2. Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using analytics tools to support decision-making.
  3. Pattern Identification: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by implementing robust governance and documentation practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields is required.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in analytics; new graduates are welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics tool (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
