Leads the strategic development and execution of large-scale events to drive audience acquisition, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements multi-channel outreach strategies across email, SMS, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Builds and maintains high-quality B2B databases ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drives consistent audience growth with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.

Event & Campaign Operations:

  • Leads end-to-end execution of multiple events from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborates with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Oversees budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Leads a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.
  • Defines KRAs, monitors performance, and ensures structured training and skill development.
  • Fosters a collaborative and high-performance culture ensuring employee growth and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
