Contract Management Expert Wanted
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong legal background and proven expertise in end-to-end contract management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Main Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents with due diligence.
- Conduct obligation reviews and ensure timely execution and compliance of all contractual commitments.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle — from initiation and negotiation to execution and archival.
- Interpret clauses, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, operations, HR, IT) for approvals and execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all contracts and related legal records.
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent); preference for additional certifications in contract management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management (non-litigation profile).
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, clauses, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
