At MetaMorph, we seek a strategic leader to spearhead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) efforts.

About the Role

This high-profile position is responsible for overseeing the development of a nationwide deal pipeline, creating value-accretive business opportunities through shrewd investment and negotiation.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in corporate finance, investment banking, and commercial due diligence. Strong analytical skills, relationship-building capabilities, and excellent communication are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing & Management: Identify high-potential targets, develop and maintain relationships with founders, promoters, brokers, bankers, and PE/VC funds.
  • Investment Evaluation & Negotiation: Conduct thorough market research, craft compelling investment memos, and negotiate complex transactions to achieve optimal returns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem Management: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, present regular pipeline dashboards, and drive successful close-out processes.
Success Metrics
  • Number of qualified targets added to the pipeline
  • Deals signed and closed per quarter
  • Time-to-close vs. plan
  • Synergy realisation percentage within 12 months
