Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to drive process efficiency and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and maintaining component specifications, developing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Component Specification Management: Develop detailed technical specifications for mechanical/electrical components, standardize product specifications in line with customer and regulatory requirements, and review and approve engineering drawings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sourcing, quality, and production teams, interface with suppliers to obtain technical data and ensure specification adherence, and support efforts to standardize components and reduce part proliferation.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure specifications meet relevant international standards (ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.), maintain up-to-date technical documentation in internal systems, and handle engineering change requests (ECRs) and change orders (ECOs).
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Participate in the design and review of new components during NPI processes, help qualify new suppliers based on technical specification capability, and communicate specification changes across departments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
