High-Performing Sales Leader Sought

We're on the lookout for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Pre-Sales team and drive results. The ideal candidate will possess a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting targets within deadlines.

The successful hire will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers who will guide students in their career decisions and foster empathy among team members to effectively communicate about high-paying career opportunities to prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly accountable for the performance & growth of 5+ Manager-level & 50+ Associates-level Pre-Sales executives
  • Lead team of Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve a given sales-qualified leads target
  • Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate
  • Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and provide insight into how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle for your assigned Pre-Sales Team. Outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management fall under this category.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in managing & heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams
  • Individuals with a strong sense of empathy and great patience
  • Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage
