Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Supervise daily accounts, ledgers and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review invoices, payments and monthly financial statements to provide valuable insights for management decisions.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate GST, TDS and other statutory filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Lead budgeting, cost control and cash flow monitoring to optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Analysis: Liaise with auditors and provide financial analysis to support informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, export or real estate.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation, proficiency in Tally or similar software and MS Excel skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent attention to detail, leadership and problem-solving skills.
