Main Responsibilities:- Client Success Manager: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication Lead: Lead all client communication, from regular check-ins to strategic business reviews, ensuring their objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion within client accounts.
- End-to-End Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services, including bookkeeping, accounting, month-end closing, and tax compliance.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and meet high standards.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure seamless execution.
- Team Lead: Lead and manage dedicated client teams to achieve excellent results.
