Lead BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading project teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and progress tracking.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Deploy resources aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Monitor project leads' updates for accurate status tracking.
  • Oversee BIM execution, implementation, and production activities.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all design stages.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling and reports.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure deadlines.
  • Implement and manage BIM tools and platforms.
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions.
  • Develop and optimize Dynamo scripts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
