Partner Integration and API Expertise


As a seasoned Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners to ensure seamless and scalable travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage API integrations with partners focusing on performance reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define and document integration requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide post-integration support including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years experience delivering end-to-end API integrations preferably in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira or ClickUp.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
