Billing Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Zuora Consultant to join our team. As a Zuora Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Zuora Billing Modules, Subscription Models, and Pricing Plans with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and Configure: Develop and implement Zuora billing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Integration Expertise: Support seamless integrations between Zuora and external systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Payment Gateways.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in Zuora for smooth billing operations.
- Automate Recurring Processes: Automate recurring billing processes using Zuora Workflows for increased efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition.
- Zuora Platform Experience: 2+ years of experience with Zuora Platform essential.
- Deep Understanding of Subscription Billing: Deep understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles necessary.
- Zuora Product Catalog Setup: Exposure to Zuora product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules crucial.
- CRM/ERP Integrations: Basic knowledge of Zuora integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred) desirable.
- APIs and Data Migration: Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and troubleshooting a must.
