Job Opportunity:

Cullerton Group seeks a highly skilled coordinator to join their enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, including coordinating requisition intake, candidate screening, and resume submission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the VMS team on SLAs, clarifications, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS and an ATS.
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
