Job Overview:

The Revenue Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the organization. This position will be responsible for managing the revenue management function, including preparing invoices, closing revenues, and validating billing information. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and experience working in a revenue management role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the revenue management function
- Prepare invoices and close revenues
- Validate billing information
- Ensure timely billing with accuracy

**SLA Compliance and Tracking:**
- Track SLA compliance and impact of non-compliance
- Track Service credits and its impact on business
- Monitor Revenue Loss

**Data Management:**
- Maintain a database of all inputs used in invoicing
- Provide input for statutory and internal audit requirements
- Track Receivables and unbilled revenue
- Follow up with CRM's for Collections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in revenue management
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and communication skills
