Job Title: E-commerce Technology Lead

LEUTE PEN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Technology Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and scaling of high-performance e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design custom e-commerce solutions that are secure, scalable, and robust.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and high-quality standards of UI/UX designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and integrate them into projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and bottlenecks to improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Expertise in backend technologies like PHP, Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
