Senior Sales Representative

At Lifelancer, we connect talented professionals with opportunities in life sciences, pharma, and IT. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to sell laboratory instruments to various businesses within a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in front-line sales of labware.
This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing short and long-term sales strategies to drive territory growth.
The key tasks and accountabilities of this role include selling a variety of instruments, working within a defined geographic territory, and providing competitive information to establish negotiated pricing contracts. Additionally, the candidate will need to perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support, as well as travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
Requirements:- Minimum Science graduate, preferably in Chemistry/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Agriculture
- 2-3 years of experience in front-line sales of labware
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheet and PowerPoint
The estimated salary for this role is ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
