Job Title: Service Operations Manager

Overview of the Role

The successful candidate will oversee and manage service delivery operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient support processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service requests and incidents in a timely manner to meet business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of technical support engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver quality service
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce mean time to resolve (MTTR) and improve overall service quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; ITIL certification an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
