Job Title:

Department: Corporate Finance

Business Unit: ACG Corporate

Reports to: Global Head Treasury

  • Deploy funds efficiently to manage the group's surplus cash balance.
  • ACG Treasury is responsible for achieving targeted returns on investments through informed investment decisions.
  • A dedicated investment desk adheres to the Investment Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company and sector dynamics, create detailed financial models, and monitor assigned companies.
  • Examine financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements, to develop an investment thesis.
  • Conduct market and portfolio analysis to support equity investment decisions.
  • Provide continuous coverage of allocated industry sectors and individual stocks.
  • Monitor earnings results, corporate actions, and macro events.
  • Liaise with the Backoffice team to ensure timely trade processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions and conduct research on financial, social, and economic data.
  • Maintain portfolios, updating and monitoring them regularly.
  • Evaluate startup companies and prepare a report highlighting opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

  • CA or Full-time MBA Finance with 8-12 years of experience.
  • Working experience with SAP.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
