Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Strategist to drive our data management and reporting initiatives.

  • This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Establish governance policies to maintain data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Provide training and development to enhance the team's skills in data management and reporting.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports, delivering key insights to stakeholders. Ensure reports are accessible, reliable, and relevant, with a focus on performance metrics, customer insights, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in data management and reporting, with at least some leadership experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (STEM).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Metabase, Sisense, Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset, with proven experience in translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working across cultures, functions, and time zones. They should have a strong understanding of data-driven decision making and be able to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
