As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand, creating premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints, reflecting our brand's unique personality and values.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that meet commercial goals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that exceed expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback to foster growth and development.
  • Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive, ensuring our visual identity remains cutting-edge.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, driving results and achieving success.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise, demonstrating your ability to create impactful visuals.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, with bonus points if you know Figma/Canva, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable, allowing you to understand the nuances of each industry.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals, prioritizing conversion, engagement, and retention to drive business success.
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling, using aesthetics to communicate our brand's message.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media, enhancing our online presence and engaging audiences.
  • Photography or art direction background, adding a new dimension to our visual identity and story.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments, where adaptability and agility are key to success.
