Job Title: Creative Director

The ideal candidate is a visionary and highly skilled creative director responsible for developing and implementing visual identity across various platforms.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative creative director who can lead the design process, drive brand consistency, and elevate our visual storytelling through cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve the visual language for all Guild properties.
  • Lead design everywhere, including web, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH.
  • Harness creative AI by integrating Gen-AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.
  • Elevate video & motion by crafting cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows.
  • Systemize excellence by creating scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality, not compromise it.
  • Mentor & multiply by coaching graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 6–10 yrs leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Core Tools: Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • AI Fluency: Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Visual Mastery: Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • Storytelling & Strategy: You see the narrative thread behind every pixel and can sell the concept in the boardroom.
