HR Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shared Services Specialist to assume the role of primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners will be crucial in ensuring seamless HR operations.
About the PositionThe incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR administrative duties and queries, including:
- Preparation of New Employee packages encompassing various employment types, such as employment contracts, remote working contracts, data privacy confirmations, personal information sheets, company car user contracts, car policies, and commission contracts for Sales employees.
- Processing amendments to employment contracts for promotions, position changes, salary changes, department changes, and FTE adjustments.
- Verification of resignations, preparation of termination letters, and confirmation of maternity and parental leave.
- Issuance of reference letters via the system.
- Preparation of end-of-probation period confirmation letters.
- Generation of vacation balance confirmation letters for departing employees.
- Creation of benefits confirmation letters, e.g., childcare.
- Transmission of employee referral confirmation letters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Shared Services within the HR domain.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
- Ability to adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
