The Opportunity:

We invite applications for a skilled Engineering Manager to provide strategic direction and vision to our teams. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, product quality, and efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting agreed-upon quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success
  • Lead teams to achieve project delivery milestones
  • Foster strong client relationships and build trust with internal and external partners
  • Apply best practices and coding patterns to deliver maintainable, modular, and high-quality solutions
  • Cultivate a culture that emphasizes meeting expectations and delivering value
  • Drive automated solutions to enhance efficiency and process improvement
  • Develop and manage the skills and talent within the team
  • Manage people resources, including objectives definitions, regular check-ins, assessments, and compensation
  • Effectively communicate across functions and escalate issues promptly
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and present to senior-level management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during project delivery
  • Maintain project management documentation, including project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards, and project sites

What We Seek:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security, with ability to drive innovation and ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSPs
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding experience
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project/Program Management, and Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented individual with strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven, with ability to plan and manage toward achieving goals, anticipate problems, and proactively drive their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
