As a senior leader in software development, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive innovation and growth.

The role involves managing a team of software developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Manage Software Development teams to deliver technical solutions within defined cost, quality, and timeliness parameters
  • Responsible for project execution and delivery with competence
  • Define short- and long-term need of competencies and resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationship within technology organization locally and globally

• Define short- and long-term need of competencies and resources

• Responsible for compliance to design guidelines defined locally and globally for embedded software area

• Prepare, Own and maintain respective cost center budget

• Secure succession planning

  •  Have an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindset.
  •  Have good communication skills.
  •  Have the ability to drive for results and to take own initiatives and drive certain actions on your own leadership and empowerment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor / Master degree in ECE / EEE with 14+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development domain in Automotive / Aerospace / Construction / Mining industry
