Leader of Visual Content Creation

- Lead and manage a team of animators, editors, videographers, and AV technicians.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AV and animation projects from concept to delivery.
- Direct and manage live leadership video shoots ensuring high production quality.
- Supervise the creation of 2D and 3D animations motion graphics and visual effects.
- Integrate augmented reality (AR) elements into visual content where applicable.
- Lead high-end photography and videography sessions including lighting composition and post-production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation Film Production Visual Arts or related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in AV production animation or related creative fields.
- Proven expertise in Cinema 4D Blender Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator).
- Experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand studio.
- Familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine for AR/VR content.
