As a visionary leader in the field of animation and visual storytelling, we are seeking an exceptional Audio Visual Manager to spearhead our team's creative endeavors. This role demands a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in 2D/3D animation, film production, live video shoots, and augmented reality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of animators, editors, videographers, and AV technicians to deliver high-quality visual content.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AV and animation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy and drive business results.
Technical Execution:
  • Direct and manage live leadership video shoots, utilizing advanced technical skills to ensure high production quality.
  • Supervise the creation of 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects, leveraging industry-standard tools.
  • Integrate augmented reality AR elements into visual content where applicable, staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
Photography & Cinematography:
  • Lead high-end photography and videography sessions, employing expertise in lighting composition and post-production to deliver stunning visuals.
  • Maintain and operate professional camera and AV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
Quality & Innovation:
  • Ensure all outputs meet the highest technical and creative standards, driving excellence in every project.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, AV tech, and immersive media, applying knowledge to enhance storytelling and engage audiences.
  • Drive innovation in visual storytelling using emerging technologies like AR/VR, pushing boundaries and redefining the possibilities of animation and visual content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in AV production, animation, or related creative fields, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
Proven Expertise:
  • Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • 2D/3D animation pipelines, live video production, direction, professional photography and lighting techniques, and augmented reality integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand studio, driving innovative solutions and collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with Unity/Unreal Engine for AR/VR content creation and application.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio post-production, enhancing overall multimedia experiences.
