We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Identity Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and securing identity services in Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Management: Manage and support Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) including user management, group policies, roles, and access control.
  • Identity Governance: Implement and maintain identity governance using Azure AD Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Single Sign-On and Application Integrations: Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and application integrations with Azure AD.
  • Hybrid Identity Environments: Administer and troubleshoot hybrid identity environments, including Azure AD Connect and on-premises Active Directory synchronization.
  • Access Control and Monitoring: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and monitor privileged access.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for identity protection.
  • Automated Tasks: Automate identity-related tasks using PowerShell scripts and Azure CLI.
  • Audit Logs and Monitoring: Monitor and analyze audit logs, sign-in logs, and alerts for suspicious activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Azure AD administration and support.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and Azure AD Connect.
  • Security and Compliance: MFA, Conditional Access Policies, SSO, and PIM.
  • Scripting: PowerShell scripting for Azure identity tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting identity and access issues in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Identity Protection: Familiarity with AAD B2B and B2C, device management, and identity protection policies.
  • IAM Best Practices: Solid understanding of IAM best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Entra ID: Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD Premium features).
  • Endpoint Manager: Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and MDM/MAM policies.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
