Technical Lead Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Analog Design Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative power management ICs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and power IC design, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop power management ICs, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.
  • Lead the development of complex analog designs, including noise isolation techniques and layout optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality silicon.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of complex analog designs and full ownership of design projects.
  • Chip design, verification, silicon validation, debugs, and taking ICs to production.
