Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in designing and troubleshooting complex UC systems.

  • Core Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and managing UC systems; Troubleshooting issues; Collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of Unified Communications Products like CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, and Expressways; Experience with SIP trunks, PRIs with carriers; Knowledge of advanced IOS gateway setup; Familiarity with analog devices, virtualization, and cloud migration;

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNA, or equivalent;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud Migration: Experience migrating IPT solutions to cloud-based collaboration platforms;
  • Virtualization: Familiarity with deploying IPT solutions on UCS platforms;
  • Analog Devices: Understanding of analog gateways, analog phones, fax devices, DTMF & dial-tone behavior, FXS/FXO ports;
