Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

The Operations Excellence Leader oversees the optimization of end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Optimization (80%): Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence framework, design KPI tables for e-commerce businesses, and drive process improvements.
  • Service Delivery (20%): Collaborate with process owners to ensure adherence to service levels, provide support, and manage headcount coordination at client sites.
Project & Team Management
  • Oversee multiple projects across different Lines of Business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs, and content developers.
Operational & Process Excellence
  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills.
  • Extensive understanding of automation tools and Lean Six Sigma GB certified or BB trained is an advantage.
  • Experience in E-Commerce/Internet Industry directly or indirectly as a service provider is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions.
