Key Job Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations and ensuring seamless inventory management.

  • Inventory Control and Optimization

The incumbent would oversee stock accuracy, inventory reduction, and efficient material handling processes. This includes:

  • Ensuring 100% stock accuracy in the warehouse through regular stock taking and proper material receipt and issue procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize RM packing and improve inventory reduction aligned with the Annual Business Plan.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
Efficient Material Handling

The successful candidate will focus on optimizing material issuing, receiving, and storage processes, including:

  • Improving efficiency in material retrieval, staging, and handover to user departments.
  • Supervising material handling and storage according to established plans and protocols.
  • Maintaining Top of Green (TOG) standards at stores and conducting daily reviews of Inventory BPR reports as per Theory of Constraints norms.
Management Information Systems (MIS)

This role requires developing and maintaining MIS reports for inventory and other essential data, including:

  • Inventory value tracking.
  • Department-wise issue data.
  • Daily invoice and issue trackers.
  • Materials ageing analysis.
Inventory Reconciliation and PIC

The incumbent will ensure accurate inventory reconciliation, manage monthly stock audits, and maintain proper legal documentation, including:

  • Conducting daily perpetual inventory and monthly stock audits based on RM classes and movements.
  • Reviewing production with planning, purchase, and manufacturing departments.
  • Preparing IMS audit documentation and planning RM on a daily basis.
Organizational Initiatives

The ideal candidate will actively participate in business excellence initiatives, adhere to compliance and safe working environment standards, and contribute to organizational growth by:

  • Participating in Kaizen events and originating innovative solutions.
  • Engaging in business excellence initiatives and staying up-to-date with best practices.
