Product Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture. A solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices is required. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are also necessary.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is desired.

As a Product Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating usable, aesthetic, and impactful designs for our portfolio of workflow products. You will translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs. This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and brings experience from B2B, healthcare, or AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions.
  2. Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping, etc.
  3. Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D, and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  4. Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  5. Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.
  6. Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
  • Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork.
