Senior UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to take on key responsibilities in our team. This hybrid role demands both creative design thinking and technical implementation skills.

About the Role:
  • Lead UI/UX design efforts for web and mobile applications, from concept through delivery.
  • Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible HTML5/CSS3 code based on finalized designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize solutions.
  • Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate implementation.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
  • Stay updated on design and frontend trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong, relevant portfolio.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
  • Understanding of frontend development processes and collaboration practices.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, user empathy, and design sensibility.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with design systems and modern frontend architectures.
