Visual Designer Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums. This includes branding and identity, social media and digital creatives, marketing collaterals, motion graphics, web and UI/UX support, and photography/editing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand identities, logos, and guidelines
  • Create social media and digital content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Design marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, event creatives, presentations)
  • Produce motion graphics and video editing projects (animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos)
  • Support web and UI/UX development (website banners, layouts, landing pages)
  • Assist with photography and editing tasks (retouching, compositing, visual mockups)
  • Conceptualize design ideas aligned with brand strategy
  • Maintain consistency and innovation in design output

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Figma/Canva/CorelDraw (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Experience in luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding (advantageous)
  • Brief understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
