Dynamic Visual Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Strategist to craft bold, eye-catching visuals for social media and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-impact graphics for social media platforms, ads, websites, and digital campaigns that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
  • Develop innovative concepts that are trendy, shareable, and audience-focused, incorporating typography, colors, and layouts that align with the brand voice while staying fresh and innovative.
  • Adapt designs for different formats—stories, posts, reels, carousels, and ads—to ensure seamless content delivery across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute engaging visual campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media design trends, pop culture, and viral formats to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver on quick turnarounds while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media design with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential for this role.
  • Motion design knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) is a strong advantage, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and color theory to create compelling and cohesive designs.
  • A creative thinker who can adapt concepts to suit different platforms and audiences, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
