Machine Learning Innovation Leader Position

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Innovation Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and deploying AI and ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI and ML strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into existing products.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise in AI and ML technologies, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the model lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years as a tech lead.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, software engineering principles, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML-Ops principles is highly desirable.
