Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our outreach team as an intern. The role involves engaging with student communities, universities, partners, and developers to strengthen our presence and build meaningful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Identify potential partners, universities, communities, and influencers aligned with our mission and establish relationships through email and other platforms.
  • Outreach Support: Collaborate with the partnerships and community team in managing outreach campaigns and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and effective relationship-building.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and partnerships, providing valuable insights for future initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Assist in drafting outreach content such as pitches, proposals, and emails, showcasing your writing and communication skills.
  • Initiative Development: Contribute ideas to improve engagement and visibility of our initiatives, thinking creatively and strategically.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Self-Driven: Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
