Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to educate them about our home services and build relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Sales: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas by providing excellent customer service and promoting our services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM database.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer feedback and improve our services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence customers, proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office, good negotiation and sales skills, organized and self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
