Front Office Coordinator

About the Role:
JLL is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to our visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution
- Maintain and update records and databases, including telephone registers and client contacts
- Contribute to the monthly management report for the client
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
- Develop policies and procedures for the reception area
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-5 years' experience in front desk management or reception
- Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage activities using different systems
