Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled professional to assume a senior role in human resources, overseeing various aspects of HR operations.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit, addressing grievances and supporting performance management, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling payroll processes efficiently.
- Implement HR automation tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage employee grievances and violations, including disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to execute end-to-end performance management processes, driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain open communication channels, promoting transparency and trust within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, enhancing the overall workplace experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or a related field from a reputable institution, accompanied by significant industry experience and expertise.
- Minimum 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably at a senior level, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives and team management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
- Exceptional knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and best practices in HR, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR automation tools, AI-enabled technologies, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite is essential for success in this role.
