Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Specialist

The Role:

We seek a seasoned and accomplished Human Resources (HR) expert to oversee all facets of our HR functions. As the key point of contact for employee-related matters, you will drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Employee Management
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
      • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
      • Manage grievances, conflicts, and employee counseling.
    • Policy Compliance
      • Evaluate and ensure adherence to internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
      • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with organizational policies.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding
      • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviewing and hiring candidates.
      • Design and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth assimilation of new hires.
    • Performance Management
      • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
      • Guide managers and employees on performance evaluations and feedback.
    • Training and Development
      • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
    • Employee Benefits and Insurance Management
      • Administer and manage employee insurance policies.
      • Act as liaison with insurance providers for policy renewals, claims, and employee queries.
    • HR Operations
      • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
      • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
