Enterprise Content Management Consultant

Job Description:

As an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Content Management environments. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation, configuration, and support of ECM platforms, defining content models and metadata structures, managing user roles and access control policies, designing and implementing content migration strategies, integrating ECM with other systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to content publishing and system performance, customizing WebCenter Core, providing guidance and training to end-users, collaborating with development teams, managing document security, supporting metadata updates, and handling Imaging and Capture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lead implementation, configuration, and support for ECM platforms.
  • Define content models, metadata structures, and taxonomies.
  • Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and access control policies.
  • Design and implement content migration strategies.
  • Integrate ECM with other systems using REST APIs or custom scripts.
  • Ensure ECM platform compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content publishing, access, and system performance.
  • Customize WebCenter Core.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users and junior administrators.
  • Collaborate with development teams.
  • Manage document security.
  • Support metadata updates.
  • Handle Imaging and Capture.
