Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to drive revenue growth in specific industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned verticals by identifying potential clients, forecasting market trends, and analyzing customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on sales targets at the territory level, highlighting deviations and taking corrective action as required.
  • Budget management and adherence to sales budgets at the territory level.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing value-added services and support to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated solutions and ensure specifications meet customer requirements.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, meeting predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers, adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries, adhering to company policies.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or partner agencies to provide quick after-sales service to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • Manage all activities related to dealers, including stock booking, invoicing, and payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and provide insights to the marketing team on potential expansion opportunities.
