Job Description

As our Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively sourcing, engaging, and building talent pools through diverse online and offline channels to meet our business needs.
  • Partnering with educational institutions for campus recruitment to attract fresh talent and grow our pipeline.
  • Designing and implementing effective recruitment processes, including screening, assessments, and interviews to ensure we hire the best candidates.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives to position Hoichoi as a preferred employer and enhance our reputation.
  • Collaborating with department heads to forecast and fulfill quarterly and annual hiring needs based on business requirements.

You will also oversee various aspects of employee experience, including policy development, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and HR operations.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our leadership team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our business strategy.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably within a fast-paced consumer internet, e-commerce, or startup environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
