Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • We're seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to develop and implement strategies that attract top talent.
  • The ideal candidate will screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company.
  • This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to onboarding new hires.

Employee Onboarding:

  • The successful candidate will facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture.

Employee Engagement:

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
