Job Description

As a seasoned instrumentation and electrical specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's electrical and instrument systems.

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to electrical and instrument safety.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to subordinates in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical and instrument systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and services.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance expenses.
  • Providing training and support to new hires on electrical and instrument systems and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical and instrument maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, automation, and control systems.
  • Experience with SAP and SAP Plant Maintenance module.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
