Job Profile:

The primary objective of this role is to manage the company's financial activities.

This critical position within the finance department is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and providing strategic financial insights.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with standards, and analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on budget creation, monitor performance, and develop accurate forecasts to support planning.
  • General Accounting: Oversee daily operations, reconcile records, and maintain accurate financial documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor accountants, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Coordinate audits, ensure tax regulations compliance, and implement strategies to manage working capital.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications advantageous).
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
