Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of assets to ensure maximum retention and minimize surrender. They will work closely with the distribution team, call center, and branch operations to coordinate efforts and achieve key performance indicators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily surrender rates, FLC inflow, and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular meetings and visits with the distribution team and branch operations to drive retention initiatives.
  • Analyze data to establish root cause analysis and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and MIS teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in persistency, renewal collections, surrender retention functions/procedures.
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Surrender, Autopay, Renewals & Persistency is a must.
  • Excellent communication, document creation, and presentation skills.
  • Good PR skills and able to get work done from other departments.
  • Growth mindset and self-motivated.

Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Improvement in surrender, FLC, and ECS retention rates.
